A: The same day when placed before 12:30pm EST. In the event there are any 'out-of-stocks' or great delays, the customer will be notified promptly. Q: Who can I talk to to if I need more details on how to use my product?
A: The manufacturer is always the best source for information on their product. Each item should have either a phone number or mailing address to contact a company representative through. We also employ a knowledgeable staff that will take great stride to answer any questions in a detailed fashion.
Q: Im outside the United States. How long will it take to recieve my order?
A: 10-14 days is a typical time to get our international customers. It is the responsibility of those customers to be familiar with their nations import laws. Many dietary supplements are forbidden by some nations. In the case of a return, a refund will be issued promply minus the shipping charge first paid by customer. This is rarely the case, however, and we welcome international friends to give us a look. Questionable orders of great quantities and/or suspicious address will be checked with our Fraud Center at Visa/Mastercard before processing an order.

Flat rate shipping is available to all orders. For promotional purposes, from time to time we may offer FREE shipping on selected brands or items. (Check the 'Specials' tab at the top of the page for those items.) You can see what your rate will be by going to 'View Cart / Checkout' and insert your zip code for a quick and easy shipping quote without having to log in!
UPS does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or all national holidays.
GuaranteedSupplements.com will ship with the carrier that will provide you the fastest service. We want you to have your items as soon as possible.
Bars: Protein bars may melt or disfigure during warmer times of the year. GuaranteedSupplements will not accept returns on bars that melted in transit. Please be aware of the climate in your area or the time of year when ordering bars. Order at your own risk.
Liquids: With exception of oils, any water based products can be sensitive to the freezing temperatures of winter. Consider this before ordering please. We will catch these when we can, but we are not familiar with the weather along the path of our package so in the event of damage due to freezing, we are not responsible.
Undeliverable Address:
Please provide with your order an available phone number so that in the case of delivery problems, UPS can get in touch with you. Orders returned to us due to the wrong address input during checkout will be either resent with additional shipping charge to correct address or refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. In any case where a package must be re-routed from inaccurate address input by customer, a $10 fee will be charged to cover the expense at which Guaranteed Supplements is charged. We reserve the right to take up to 30 days to balance these expenses in the event of re-routing. Shipping addresses are digitally input upon the shipping label, therefore, the customer is 100% responsible for its correct input.
