Nature's Answer Liquid Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Directions
As a dietary supplement take one (1) Teaspoon
(5 mL) daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Dosage may

juice. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
