For short-term use, Potassium Iodide can be taken to diminish the effects to our bodies in the instance of a nuclear crisis. This new item from Now Foods offers 30mg of potassium Iodide per tablet.
Adults suggested to take 4 tablets daily
children under 12 years of age 2 tablets daily
children ages 1-3 1 tablet daily
Again this product is for short-term use only and would be best taken under supervision of an MD.
Also suggested to take with alpha lipoic acid supplements.
